Kids Speed & Athletic Development

Through PST’s Kid’s Speed and Athletic Development Classes, the kids progress to the highest level of his or her ability based on a well-designed plan that allows for long-term improvements.

Over the past decade, our sports conditioning and development field has seen considerable growth in science and practical training.  Our programs focuses on the development of sport-specific skills, strategies and tactics, with all training coming from coaches during regularly scheduled 1 on 1 and team practices. Our coaches offer sport specific movements in the conditioning setting while also paying much attention to injury prevention, overuse syndrome or overall development. We also enhance our training by improving physical traits rather than just replicating specific movement patterns. Our focus in this program is to have the kid athletes to differentiate their skill sets. Today, there are certification programs that designate PFTs as sports conditioning specialists so they can address specific sport-related demands and injury.



Team and Group Training

PST offers sports specific training tailored to team needs. Reap the benefits of team conditioning with improved physical performance along with camaraderie and discipline. Get the edge on your opponents by participating in off-season or in-season strength and conditioning sessions.

Our highly trained staff of Certified Athletic Trainers, and Strength and Conditioning Specialists have specialized training and extensive knowledge in each specific sport. Team training and conditioning includes pre and post testing to track improvements in:

Body by Brady Bootcamp


Body By Brady is a program for men and women that provides athletic-based training with accountability, direction and encouragement. Our hour-long training sessions include total body training, strength and resistance exercises, core work, balance training and obstacle courses to get you into shape.

Recovery Day

Every athlete needs to recoup the energy spent on getting stronger faster and better by using ice, massage and  stretching.
